What is BootCamp?

Our Boot Camp is not about somebody shouting and screaming at you, it’s about working out with like minded people, motivating each other, working as a team and having fun all while melting away the pounds and getting into the shape of your life!! Imagine having your very own Personal Trainer helping you achieve your goals but in a group environment. Each camp lasts for 4 weeks and is a 45 minute session, 3 times per week along with exclusive access to our members only website which will give you all of the latest nutritional advice and healthy eating plans and exercise videos for you to do at home.

What is the different between one-on-one Personal Training and Semi Private Personal Training?

One-on-one personal training can get boring but with semi private training our workouts are almost always fun, exciting and fast paced. We combine the individual attention and progression of personal training with the high energy of boot camps, and some people just prefer indoor training.

How much does each BootCamp and Semi Private Personal Training cost?

Our 4 week camp costs £99 (£119 small group personal training) payable in advance. This means that at just over £6 per class (over £9 small group personal training class) you will be working with a Personal Trainer for a fraction of the cost by exercising in a private and secure outdoor group or in a private and secure indoor studio, basically if you were to train with me, 3 times a week on a one-on-one basis for a whole month, you’d be paying £480. You will also get full access to our members only area to include all of our nutritional plans that are provided to 1-1 clients.

Referral rewards.

We offer our bootcampers fantastic referral rewards for bringing their friends. If you refer 1 friend that joins you get your next camp half price, refer 2 friends and you don’t pay a penny, so you may never have to pay full price again.

Why can’t I just pay for each session I attend?

If you can just turn up and exercise when you want you won’t see results, you need to be exercising at least 3 X 45 minute sessions per week to get results, so if we let you just turn up as and when we wouldn’t be doing our part in helping you achieve the body that you’ve always dreamed of, we wouldn’t be able to offer our full money back guarantee if you were missing sessions, by paying upfront makes you accountable for attending each session.

Do I have to come to every bootcamp?

If you want to achieve results then you need to attend each workout, unless you are ill of course, as there are no refunds given for missed sessions. You can also follow our videos at home if it is impossible for you to get to a session.

Why 45 minute sessions?

Research shows that the best way to burn body fat is to do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for no longer than 45 minutes. This will literally set your body up to burn calories for up to 36 hours after your training session.

Will BootCamp or semi-private personal training be too hard for me?

It doesn’t matter if your fitness levels are currently low as almost everything we do will have a modified, easier version if you need it. You must be prepared to work hard but still only within your levels as everyone is different. If you have any health/medical concerns we will discuss these during the initial consultation.

What will I be doing?

A huge variety of different exercise to work the whole body using a mixture of equipment. The main piece of equipment we use at Body Transformer BootCamp is your own bodyweight! along with the best functional pieces of equipment like Z-Trainer suspension training systems, Resistance bands, and boxing fitness sessions, there’s nothing like hitting the pads for stress relief and fat blasting. All whilst having FUN and burning tons of calories.

What happens in bad weather?

There is no such thing as bad weather, if it rains you will get wet, if it doesn’t rain you will sweat go home have a shower and still get wet, a waterproof and a baseball hat should do the trick!………..or just choose a semi private personal training at the studio.

What do I need to bring with me?

Just bring a towel, water bottle and exercise matt if you have one we’ll provide the fun motivating workouts.
