What is Body Transformer BootCamp? (BTBC)

Our Boot Camp is not about somebody shouting and screaming at you, it’s about working out with like-minded people, motivating each other, working as a team and having fun whilst melting away the pounds and getting into the shape of your life!

 Imagine having your very own Personal Trainer helping you achieve your goals but in a group environment. Each Body Transformation Kickstart Programme is for 28 days and involves 3 x 45-minute training sessions per week, along with exclusive access to our members only Facebook Group which will give you the latest nutritional advice, recipes, extra online workouts and the support from a community of people just like you. You will also start your weight-loss journey by attending a Nutrition & Weightloss Workshop where we will work with you to create your own personalised meal plan, set your targets for the weeks ahead and you will learn what factors can help or hinder weightloss.

When and where are the training sessions?

We have 2 locations. Our outdoor training venue is at Meadowhead School, Sheffield S8 and our indoor venue is at King Edward VII Lower School (just above Tapton School) Sheffield S10. We currently have 2 Groups you can join.

Our next start date is 1st July 2024. 

Group 1 – Meadowhead – Mon & Wed 6 pm & Sat 9:30 am (Spaces limited)

Group 2 – King Edward VII – Lower School (just above Tapton School) – Mon, Wed 7:15 pm & Fri 7 pm (Spaces limited)

How much does the 28-Day Body Transformation Kickstart Programme cost?

Our 28-Day Body Transformation Kickstart Programme costs only £99, payable in advance. This means that at just over £8 per class you will be working with a Personal Trainer for a fraction of the cost by exercising in a private group either outdoors at Meadowhead School, Sheffield S8 or at our indoor venue at King Edward VII Lower School (just above Tapton School), Sheffield S10. Basically, if you were to train with us, 3 times a week on a one-on-one basis for a whole month, you’d be paying £480. You also get exclusive access to our members-only Facebook Group which will give you the latest nutritional advice, healthy eating plans, recipes, extra online workouts and the support from a community of people just like you.

Do you offer a pay-as-you-go option?

If you just turn up and exercise when you want, you won’t see results which is why we recommend exercising at least 3 x 45-minute sessions per week. If we let you just turn up as and when, we wouldn’t be doing our part in helping you to achieve the body that you’ve always dreamed of, and we wouldn’t be able to offer our full money back guarantee. Paying upfront also makes you accountable for attending each session.

I’m really unfit, will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely, we cater for all fitness abilities. Our 28-day Kickstart Bootcamp works over a 4-week progressive programme where you work at your own pace. Everyone is different and will have their own goals they are working towards. There is no comparison or intimidation within our groups. If you have any health/medical concerns, we will discuss these before your programme starts.

What sort of exercises will I be doing?

You will do a huge variety of different exercises to work the whole body. The main piece of equipment we use at Body Transformer BootCamp is your own bodyweight, along with the best functional pieces of equipment such as resistance bands and TRX, and weekly Boxercise. There’s nothing like hitting the pads for stress relief and fat blasting!

What happens in bad weather if I am at the outdoor venue?

We train rain or shine! If you are committed to your goals, then the weather is no longer an obstacle. Just put on a rain jacket and a hat. You’ll still be getting hot and sweaty I promise! We do of course have our indoor venue at King Edward VII Lower School (just above Tapton School), S10 too!

What do I need to bring with me?

Just bring yourself, an exercise mat and a drink. We’ll provide the fun motivating workouts.

What happens after the 28 days?

That’s completely up to you. If you like the programme and want to continue, we can discuss which membership option suits you best. If you decide we are not for you then we will be sorry to see you go but you are not tied into a contract with us. We do however strongly believe in a long-term solution to getting fit and healthy. Our aim is to create a lifestyle change for you and to flip that short term quick fix mindset, to one that is focussed on being fit and healthy for life.
