This article is about ‘How to Get Your Balls Out’ and take what I call the ‘Leap of Faith’.

It would sound waaaay to boring to title it ‘The Ability To Pluck Up The Courage’.

 

Anyway…

 

I’ve lost count of the amount of time’s I’ve heard people tell me that ‘I’m going to join you I’m just going to get fitter and stronger before I can join you’

 

Or

 

‘I will start next month because there is my friend birthday party this month and I can’t miss it’

 

Let me tell you straight up “Tomorrow” is the envelope with

the winning lottery numbers in it, that’s in the mail.

 

That’s never happen.

 

I have a story I would like to share with you all.

 

I have a friend who’s been saying this same old sh.. for 4 years.

 

I won’t name her, she’ll know I am talking about her when she reads this!!….Let’s call her “Sarah”!

 

Anyway Sarah, has been reading all my motivation, educational and other kind of emails. (when I email I can see who opened my emails, pretty cool ehh?)

 

AND  she also reads other fitness, motivation and educational articles.

 

Did she get slimmer, stronger and fitter from reading it?

 

Nope.

 

She didn’t obviously take any ACTION!

 

She bought Davina’s exercise DVD

 

Did she lose any weight?

 

Nope, she still looks the same and she is not happy with it.

 

Sarah also signed up to a gym once.

 

And results she achieved?

 

None!

 

It was boring for her she said, mainly because she didn’t know what to do. She felt like she didn’t belong to that place. She never wrote her goals down and when she would like to achieve those goals, she admitted once to me.

 

She attended some classes there as well.

 

Did that help her and did she get any success?

 

Nope.

 

And the reason why not?

 

She could turn up when she wanted so she skipped many classes for various reasons.

 

Just to explain you.

 

Classes are just classes and they are not the same as a structured fitness, nutritional and motivation program from a great personal trainer or from an awesome boot camp.

 

Sarah was always doing everything on her own.

 

She wasn’t CONSISTENT! She started and a week or two after she skipped once or twice and another week after she quit,

 

AGAIN!!

 

She didn’t enjoy it to do it on her own.

 

She liked the idea to start tomorrow. She missed the day so she said she will start tomorrow again.

 

Listen, I’m here to get straight up in your grill my friend.

 

At some point or other you have to make up your decision, set the goals, set the start and end date and evaluate your weight loss.

 

Think about the benefits if you lose weight, some of them are a bit cheeky though.

 

If you lose weight, you can shave all of your legs instead of just what you can reach.

 

If you lose weight, you won’t embarrass people when you tell them you are not pregnant.

 

If you lose weight, you will be more appealing to others.

 

If you lose weight, you can have skinny people as a friend again.

 

If you lose weight, you can toss those industrial-sized granny panties and get some that are cute and sexy.

 

If you lose weight, not only will you ease your mind about your health, you will ease the minds of friends and family who also worry about you.

 

If you lose weight, you can quit worrying about coming up with new excuses for being overweight.

 

If you lose weight, getting dressed in the morning will be enjoyable instead of the trigger for depression.

 

If you lose weight, you will feel sexier and when you feel sexier, you will become sexier.

 

Listen, there are WAY too many examples why you should lose weight.

 

DIVE IN HEADFIRST with some awesome nutritional, fitness and motivation program instead of just DIPPING YOUR TOE into the water and doing something sometimes.
