How to relieve a hangover?
Let’s start from the beginning
1, Be Prepared!
When you know you are likely to overinduldge, prepare for it in advance and you will thank to yourself in the morning.
Drink plenty of water during the day and have something light to eat before you start drinking alcohol.
2, Don’t Mix It Up!
Now in the Christmas time it is easier to said than done, I know
but
you will see in the morning that it is more manageable to deal with the hangover if you stick with one kind of drink.
Not a great idea if you start with wine and you follow up with tequila shots and finish with cafe liquers.
3, Pace Yourself!
Once you are enjoying yourself it’s easy to forget too drink water too. Many of the worst hangover symptoms are caused by dehydration. Drink more water and your headache will be far less vicious the next day.
4, Recovery!
If it’s too late and you are already suffering the best thing you can do is drink plenty of clear fluids to rehydrate your body. Try to sleep through if you can.
