Take ACTION and get rid of the EXCUSES!
I hear these kind of excuses all of the time:-
I don’t have time to exercise
I need to lose some weight first
I don’t feel motivated at the moment
I’ll start next month
It’s not the right ‘time’ for me at the moment, but I’ll start in the summer before I go on holiday”
The first piece of advice I give to ALL my clients on how to get in shape is this… “Your body is ALWAYS a reflection of what you do most regularly and most consistently.”
Therefore it is not what you do every now and then that makes a difference, but your consistent actions.
STOP WAITING FOR THE ‘RIGHT TIME’ AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES!
START doing something very simple today that can become your normal way of life in a just few weeks, so you don’t end up ‘ditching’ everything immediately when some unexpected change turns up in your life.
Keep chipping away at creating lasting healthy habits. I promise if you are good often, your body will reflect that on the outside.
Now stop making excuses and start taking action on your goals, let’s make this a lifestyle change!
