You see Jayne has been a typical ‘yoyo’ dieter just like many people and has tried nearly every diet out there to lose weight. Trying the latest fad diets and so called slimming clubs. She would lose a few pounds but then gain a few more pounds once the diet had finished.
Jayne always been a member of a gym but wasted so much money by not going. Felt a mess and intimidated by slim ladies prancing around, plus often forgot how to work equipment and too shy to ask gym staff.
Sound familiar?
That’s probably happened to you too right?
That’s because ‘Diets’ don’t work!!
You see reducing calories, counting calories and living of processed ready meals and slimming shakes is not the way forward, it’s certainly not good for health and it’s not sustainable either.
Jayne asked me for my advice and I told her she needed to stop dieting and focus on eating real foods. Foods that are in their natural state, foods that haven’t had anything added to prolong life or make them taste better, I also advised Jayne to make small lifestyle changes that she could do moving forward.
