Do one of the following (which ever one will motivate you the most):
1. Get a piece of paper and cut out pictures, quotes and words that describe where you want to be. For example, it may include pictures of yourself when you felt and looked your best, pictures of healthy food, motivational quotes.
2. Find a picture of your DREAM BODY and put it somewhere where you will see it every day (a good place is on the fridge door or in the cupboard where your food is kept)
3. Put a picture up of yourself that you really don’t like, one that will make you want to do something to make a change. Put the pictures somewhere where you will see them every day (a good place is on the fridge door or in the cupboard where your food is kept)
keep using these pictures as inspiration.
Be Inspired:
Think of someone who has achieved what you wish to achieve, whether it be completing a 5k run, losing weight or achieving a personal best…then do as they do. Use their success as your blue print to follow. If they eat eggs for breakfast, you eat eggs for breakfast, if they use a trainer, you use a trainer.
Question Yourself:
When ever you work towards something that requires you to make changes there will always be times when you may be tempted to stray off track, for example, when eating out or if its cold and dark and you’re tempted to skip your workout.
It’s at these times that you need to ask yourself…
‘will doing this take me closer to my goal or further away’
Success never stands still!
