So the Christmas is here this week,
the party already begun,
you may need to do some more xmas shopping and
there is no point for exercising and healthy eating now
and you will start in January!
95% of all people will say this!
Right?
I call it making excuses!!
You see I am doing Christmas parties too,
I am eating what I want to, yes, I eat chocolate too
and I am enjoying it. I also have some alcohol.
Me and some of the bootcampers went out together couple of weeks ago
to have Christmas dinner and we ate whatever we wanted
and we drunk what every we fancied! We had Yummy dessert too! J
Full on Cheat meal!
Did it make us fat?
Of course not!!
You see eating a Cheat meal once a week is a good for you!
You don’t deprive yourself of food you love
and
it keeps your hormones balanced too.
So you don’t get fat from eating cheat meal
same as you don’t get slim from eating one salad a week.
It is about the consistency as I keep saying to all my clients.
It is about what you do for the most of the time.
I tell my clients it is about to follow 80/20 rules.
80% of your time to eat healthy and the other 20% to have
those cheats.
You have to earn the right to have the cake!!
Plan what to eat the next week the same as you plan your training days.
If you don’t plan it then you easy slip to have a cheat day already on
Tuesday and Wednesday and then you back to eating whatever and whenever = fail!
If you plan to have your cheat day on certain day then you will more likely
to stick with it.
