Do THIS tomorrow to stop feeling bloated and fat.

Traditional Czech Christmas dinner is on 24th and we eat
fried carp, that’s a fish if you don’t know,
and potatoes salad. Hmm yummy but not the healthiest option.

I remember how my dad used to bring a day before
every Christmas a carp. He was alive and we kept him 
for one day in the bath. I used to come to watch him.
Sometimes I dared to stroke him too.

Anyway

So we had this year the traditional Czech Christmas dinner on 24th
and then traditional English Christmas turkey on 25th. That’s not enough
of Christmas celebration so we had another dinner with other friends on 26th.

We really enjoyed the company and the food.
But

I was feeling tired, fat and bloated like balloon yesterday so
I got back to healthier options. I also cut on carbs. My body was
FULL of glycogen – carbs stored in my muscles and liver. And it’s
definitely not the time to put more carbs in my body.

So yesterday was my low carb day. I wanted to rid off this
bloated feeling.

I started my day with squeezed lemon in a large glass of warm water
to improve my digestion and boost my metabolism & energy level.

I also done in my house one of my mini body weight workouts and
it only took me 16 mins to do. Click here to see what workout I did yesterday

Here is what I ate yesterday

My breakfast: Egg omlette with mushrooms, peppers, onion, asparagus.

For lunch I had grilled grilled salmon with spinach and tomatoes.

My dinner was grilled chicken with steamed broccoli and carrots.
