I know we all live incredibly hectic lives, whether its juggling work, family, friends or all of the above. Finding time to get to the gym and workout can seem like mission impossible!
So here are my top tips for you find time for that workout.
1. Workout at home. All you need is a little space in the living room, or even the garden on a nice day. You don’t need fancy equipment either, you can get a great workout just using your own body weight.
2. Workout before work. Just getting out of bed 20-30 minutes earlier to exercise means that it is done and out of the way for the rest of the day.
3. Make exercise appointments with yourself. Grab your diary and block out 30 minute slots in your diary 3-4 times per week, a week in advance.
4. Do HIIT Training – High Intensity training is the most efficient way to burn calories as you carry on burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout.
Here is a mini body weight workout that you can do anywhere and it only takes 10-15 minutes to do, so don’t make excusses let’s find 15 minutes to do this workout.
