In the last “Monday motivation with Radek”, I was talking about 2 mistakes that newbies make when they trying to get fit & lose weight.

Obviously there are more mistakes that newbies make than just ‘Trying to change every aspect of their life all at the same time’ and ‘Vague Goals’

I will give you today another one, the third one.

3, Excuses begins with I should, I would or I could.

Everyone said this at least once ‘I should get healthy’ while sitting on sofa watching TV and eating microwave dinner.

Why?

Because there’s no real driving reason behind the “Justifier”

There are many more excuses and some of them are sickness, a tough day at work, vacation, etc.

Hey guys!

It’s time to give up on that “I should get healthy, lose weight, get fitter” thing.

Solution?

Start removing the word ‘I should’ from your vocabulary.

Successful people don’t say ‘I should’, they just do it.

There is one more thing I should talk about.

It is your Motivation.

WHY are you reading my Monday Motivations?

Is it because you want to get healthy for your wife or husband?

To gain newfound confidence?

To see your children grow old?

Because you want to look in your mirror with pride?

Because you want to go on a date?

Take five minutes and write out the reason you’re here.

Hang it up in a visible place in your house so you see it EVERY day.

Everybody have the opportunity to be awesome, so…why not just BE awesome?

We have one chance on this planet.

One life to live, and one body to live that life in!

So take care of yourself!

If you have a Ferrari parked outside of your house, would you look after it?

I bet you would.

Would you let it wash in the best hand wash place?

Would you use the best quality engine oil for your Ferrari?

You would look after it.

Look after yourself too.

Treat yourself like Ferrari!

Continually remind yourself why you’re making this journey – keep it at the front

of your mind and it will guide you for each and every decision: what to eat and drink,

when to work out, when not to sleep in, and more.
